Question 1

Is InviteM really free for restaurants?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee: you get a business page, reservations, events and tickets, and a check-in list for the door. You only pay when you sell: a small guest fee is added to paid tickets and prepaid bookings. Reservations that aren't prepaid are free.

Question 2

What do Pro and Ultimate add?

Accepted Answer

Pro (€49.95/mo, or €39.95/mo billed yearly) adds floor plans and seating, analytics, one add-on and 3 team seats, with a lower guest fee. Ultimate (€79.95/mo, or €63.95/mo yearly) includes every add-on, unlimited seats and the lowest fee. Prices exclude VAT.

Question 3

Can guests choose their table?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your floor plan is set up, guests pick a free table on a 2D or 3D map while booking. You can also let them choose "no preference".

Question 4

How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

You connect your own Stripe account inside InviteM. Payments for tickets and prepaid bookings go to your Stripe balance and are paid out to your bank automatically.

Question 5

Do I need special hardware for the QR menu?

Accepted Answer

No. Print the QR codes from your dashboard and put them on your tables. Guests use their own phones and your team sees orders on any phone, tablet or laptop.

Question 6

Can I use my own Instagram link?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Claim a short link like invitem.eu/yourname and put it in your Instagram bio. It opens your InviteM page with your menu and bookings. You can also download a QR code and a story image.
